OUR CALL

VISION AND MISSION

The vision of Intimate Vessels Church is to raise men and women as “vessels” across the globe that would walk in Fellowship, Communion, and Intimacy with the Holy Spirit (2nd Corinthians 13:14),
thus rendering them useful for the Master and prepared for every good work (2nd Timothy 2:21). This is the culmination of both the Vision and the Mission of the ministry.

This is our statement of faith as believed and taught in every intimate vessels church globally.

We confess Jesus Christ as God, our Lord, and Savior, who is received in the Bible and is the infallible Word of God.

We believe:

In one true and living God, Whose Godhead consists of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
That Jesus the Christ was God incarnate, born of Mary while she was still a virgin.
That Jesus the Christ suffered, died, was buried went to hell and rose again bodily and ascended into heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father, where He sits to this day.
That the bible is the inerrant, God-breathed Word of God and should be used as described in 2 Timothy 3:16.
That no man can work for his salvation or earn it, but, it the free gift of God.
That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God because of their inherited curse of sin brought on by Adam’s sin in the Garden of Eden.
That we are saved by the free Grace of God alone through Faith in Jesus alone.
That the blood of Jesus atones for our sins.
That those who accept and believe on the sacrifice and Lordship of the Christ inherit eternal life with God, Heaven and that those who reject God Jesus will die in their sins and receive the eternal punishment for sin in Hell.
Hell is a real lake of fire burning forever where Satan, his angels and those who reject Jesus will be punished without end.
That Jesus alone is the only way to God and He is the only meditator between man and the Father, God.
In the work of the Holy Spirit, His call to God, regeneration, sanctification, and indwelling of the believer (that all believers may walk in the Spirit and not in flesh), the fruits of the Spirit AND the gifts of the spirit.
It is good for a Christian to be baptized and partake of the Lord’s Supper but, not as a gospel of works or a means for man to work for his redemption or even as a condition of his salvation.
In the visible second coming of our Lord Jesus, the Christ.
That Christians are not to have any involvement with the works of the unrighteousness or the heretic. We reject any group whether it calls itself Christian or not that teaches any other Jesus or any other salvation apart from the blood of Jesus.
That the lie that man can be a god, salvation through works, necromancy, idolatry, Spiritis, Witchcraft, spirit writing, new revelations, and any other “religious” practices denounced by the Law of God in the Old Testament and warned about in the New Testament are signs of apostasy or cults and have no place in a Christian Church (i.e. The body of Christ).
Any church professing to be Christian while at the same embracing any of these practices listed in article 16 is violating God’s law and is that anti-Christ spirit warned about by Jesus and therefore, must be reproved and rejected as non-Christians, this includes the word-Faith movement, the New Age movement, Mormonism, the Watchtower (Jehovah Witnesses), Sabbath-isms, Roman Christianity, Christian Scientology and any other such like.
That the life of a true believer is evidenced by the fruits of the Spirit which define behavior, works, and the treatment of others in Christ-like and biblical manner.
That the authorized version of the Bible translated into English as commissioned by King James of England is the best English translations and bears no doctrinal errors or contradictions as do
Many of the “new” translations in English. This position is based on the studies of many current and past Hebrew and Greek CHRISTIAN schools who point out the superiority of translators, translation methods and texts. Though is an unpopular stance, we find that errors in doctrine contradictions of accepted Biblical doctrines found in most “new” translations err in a similar manner or in agreement with such false translations as the New World Translation of the Jehovah’s Witness cult or tend to be in agreement with other cult and false religion doctrines. This we find so disturbing that we have taken this open stand in agreement with our brothers who are fellow scholars like us.
In accordance with the inerrancy of God’s Word, that the universe and all matter were created by God in six literal days according to the Genesis account as this is plainest reading of Genesis
