Men of Valour is the men’s fellowship of Intimate Vessels Church, dedicated to training godly men through biblical teaching and discipleship to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
Dr Angela David-Akanwa is the President of Spirit-Filled Women International (SFWI). It is the women arm of Intimate Vessels Church, envisioned in guiding women into deeper intimacy with God. Rooted in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, SFWI nurtures the holistic woman—Spirit, Soul, and Body:- Spirit: A woman must be born again, baptized in the Holy Spirit, bearing His fruits (Galatians 5:22-23) and manifesting His gifts (1 Corinthians 12:4-12).
- Soul: Developing the mind of Christ, achieving emotional stability, and excelling in family, ministry, business, education, politics, STEM, and other spheres.
- Body: The body, as God’s temple, must be cared for through exercise, nutrition, rest, and modest, dignified dressing.
Tender Vessels, our beloved children's church, has been a beacon of hope and transformation for young lives. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Angela David Akanwa, this sacred ministry laid its foundation on the principles of love, care, and dedication.

At Tender Vessels, we recognize the importance of equipping our teachers with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively minister to our children.
Our children are provided with support, and every success celebrated. Thereby our children grow in faith, confidence, and character.
Over the years, we've witnessed remarkable transformations in the lives of our Tender Vessels. Some who once struggled to communicate or interact with their peers have blossomed into confident, articulate, and compassionate individuals a critical example is a tender vessel by name Yohanna Chinaza who joined very timid and unable to relate with her peers but being in church taught her how to overcome her fears and get better and she is a full grown teenager now taking the gospel to her mates in school.
We've seen children develop a genuine love for God, eagerly participating in church activities and sharing their faith with others as Tehila Akanwa has greatly exihibited over the years, she was a product of tender vessel and now an undergraduate, taking the gospel to her university and impacting youths around her.
Our children have grown into bold, beautiful, and handsome teenagers, equipped with the skills, knowledge, and character needed to make a positive impact in the world. Tender vessel is a place to groom your child and have their lives transformed by the power of the Holy Ghost!
Prayer is the heartbeat of a Christian, as Apostle David Akanwa always say “A prayerless Christian; is a powerless Christian. At Intimate Vessels Church, we don’t just believe in prayer—we live it. Every vessel is called to a life of devoted prayer and encouraged to pray, and together, we lift our voices to God.
Every Saturday from 6am to 12pm, we gather across all our churches for intense prayer sessions. We intercede for revival, strengthen the faith of believers, and stand in the gap for the souls of men; under the leadership of Apostle .Dr David and Angela Akanwa, we press into God’s presence daily for a heartfelt communion.

This ministry covers Evangelism, Soul -winning, Follow up and discipleship. It is deeply deeply rooted in our church culture and our core mission.
In obedience to Christ’s command in Matthew 28:19, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations,” Every member is actively engaged in this Great Commission, fostering both the growth of the church and the spiritual boldness of individuals as they spread the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and the message of intimacy with God.
Also, we are dedicated to ensuring that new converts, visitors, and members feel welcome and fully integrated into the teachings and life of Christ.
Our primary goal is to encourage active participation, guide individuals toward a deeper relationship and intimacy with God, and support them in their faith journey.
